Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond – Free event!

Wow – what an event! We had such a fantastic time educating expectant parents about optimising their ‘Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond’ in November.

Along with all the excitement and anticipation of pregnancy tends to come awareness around the need to manage health throughout this time. Taking home tips about a healthy pregnancy, and achieving an ideal birth with reduced labour times has been invaluable to attendees!
