Our chiropractic team wants to ensure every person who visits us feels welcome, safe and cared for. We are dedicated to assisting your body to function at its optimum.

To assist you, our qualified and experienced chiropractors will take you or your child through a thorough history as well as perform a comprehensive chiropractic, orthopedic and neurological examination.

On occasion, for diagnosis and to confirm the correct treatment path, your chiropractor may need to refer you or your child for additional tests. From there, your chiropractor will explain any issues and help you choose a personalised treatment plan.

The first appointment

Your initial consultation

Allow 1 hour

When you arrive, we will ask you to complete a detailed health history form. Please bring along any test results or imaging reports that you may have for yourself or your child.

Our qualified and experienced chiropractor will then take you through a thorough history and conduct a comprehensive chiropractic, orthopaedic and neurological examination to determine how your body works. If you’re bringing your baby, toddler or child for the first time, a chiropractic paediatric examination will be conducted as well.

Depending on what your history reveals, you may or may not require x-rays or other additional tests. If your practitioner determines that an x-ray is required, you will be referred to a diagnostic imaging centre. Provided you have a current Medicare card (i.e. you are an Australian citizen), your spinal x-rays can be bulk billed. Peripheral x-rays (e.g. knees, wrists) if recommended by a chiropractor cannot be bulk billed.

The second appointment

Your report of findings

Allow 30 minutes

Following on from your initial consultation, the examination findings and results from any requested tests are then compiled ready for this visit. Your chiropractor will explain the results, and recommend a personalised treatment plan and commence care on this visit.
